National Skills Commission's 2022 Skills Priority List Released

The National Skills Commission (NSC) has released the 2022 Skills Priority List (SPL) and the publication is available at https://www.nationalskillscommission.gov.au/skills-priority-list. The SPL provides current labour market ratings and future demand ratings for occupations nationally. Current labour market ratings are also available for occupations at a state and territory level.

The evidence supporting the development of the SPL includes labour market data analysis, employer surveys and stakeholder consultation with representative bodies and federal and state/territory government agencies. Thank you for your participation and input to the 2022 SPL process. Submissions received were a key input to the assessment of occupations for the SPL and your responses provided the NSC with valuable insights and evidence on the current labour market.
